What I find interesting is the fate of Saddam if america pulls out. Obviously the americans are leaning towards an early '06 'reduction' in troops. One imagines that they would like the trial to be speedy and death to be speedier. If it is contnually delayed can the americans actually leave, just think about the fallout if he is busted out by the Sunnis? Nah..can't happen, he would possibly succumb to an unfortuante accident???

Or if the americans leave would they take Saddam to the ICC?
