Hmm, why isn't Saddam being tried on the infamous gassing of the Kurds with his WMDs?

Will it open a can of political worms? Other nations, besides the USA have their own secrets to hide.

I wish I knew more.
He will be tried on one charge, if he gets the death penalty he will be executed, if the charge doesn't result in a conviction, which would be the result if the court follows the law, the court will be dissolvedand another court assembled to try him on another charge, and so on until a court sentences him to death.
