You know, something like pointing out the fact that this trial violates international law, that the court has no jurisdiction, that Saddam broke no laws, that someone cannot get a "fair" trail when witnesses are kept secret and when lawyers (and even the judge) turn over at a regular rate, that Saddam has only so far been accused of something that virtually every leader in the world would have done in a similar situation, etc.

But, nooo... you're complaining that the trial is a disaster because Saddam doesn't want to cooperate. Saddam is a better man than his critics.
