What we SHOULD Do, is wipe our hands of him. we accomplished our goal to get him out of power. Now leave it to the Iraqis to Try him, sentence him, and basically keep him out of power, in any way they deem reasonable and proper.

LEAVE IT TO THEM. If he gets back in power, it's THEIR fault.
