Of course I read what you wrote. How could I question the rationality of your post if I hadn’t read it? Hitler would have been tried at Nuremburg, just like the rest of the Nazi hierarchy. Unless your concept of justice had been adopted, in which case he couldn’t be tried for his most heinous crimes. The holocaust was committed in German territory.
Iran would have a much greater claim to Saddam then Kuwait. Iraqi troops launched a conventional attack and were in Kuwait for 8 months. The Iran-Iraq war lasted for 8 years, created over a million casualties, and was the setting of the most flagrant violations of the chemical weapons ban in history. Do you really think Saddam should be turned over to Ahmadinejad?

No leader should ever feel omnipotent. The worst atrocities in history occurred for precisely this reason. The leaders; political, religious or otherwise, should always feel that one day they may be held accountable for their actions by the people over whom they preside.
