Shaped charges, like those found in HEAT weaponry can blow incredibly small holes in things. In fact, thats what they are supposed to do.
So the fact that you think the hole is too small isn't sufficient proof of anything.

this is the result of a shaped charge? Now I don't claim to be weapons expert, but I do know the results of the Munroe effect when I see it. And that's not it.
So do you believe that the damage was caused by being hit by a guided missile?
