Careful with the term 'terrorist', Frank. The Zionists have killed ten times as many civilians as Hizb'allah, HRW have condemned them frequently yet you throw 'terrorist' at Hizb'allah.

Israel may have withdrawn troops from the UN vision of 'Lebanon' but there are still disputed areas. Also, the Zionists have continued to overfly Lebanon and to make incursions. In addition they have carried out many assassinations inside Lebanon, most with acknowledgment.

That's hardly a 'withdrawal'.
