I think they should have the right to deny you any insurance if youre gay.Like Health Insurance for example. If your dumb enough to know the risk of AIDS because of homosexual behavor then you know whats comming for ya. Theyre manny ways to find out of youre gay.Like the doctor can ask you do you have a partner like a girlfriend? and you say yes,,Then you doctor says whats her name you say Jimmy.He can say wait here sec, Then He calls the insurance company and tells him youre gay.Then youll get a notice in the mail you have been cancelled.Or when you file an insurance application and your file your spouces name as a male when youre a male then youre denied. So i think insurance should deny you if youre gay.

lol..no thats oppression. besides these days aides can be as common in hetrosexual relationships too as well. look how many children are born with aides in africa.

To begin with I think the gay person would make out nicely in this scenario. By the time he got done with his lawsuit against the doctor for releasing confidential patient information without the patients prior approval or permission he would have enough money not to really need insurance, or to go buy it somewhere else.

I tell you what, lets make this really comprehensive. Lets make everyone who ever asks for insurance go through a battery of medical and genetic tests. That way they can deny anyone with any kind of medical condition of the propensity to develop a medical condition based on the genetic tests from getting coverage. That would work so much better don't you think? It has the added advantage of not putting the doctor in a position to be sued, unless he conducts the tests or reads the results wrong.

yes brilliant, people who won't need insurance will end up paying lots of money for nothin, people who do need insurance cant get any. its a brilliant!

we should just do away with insurance...its obvious that the people who dont get sick dont need it, and the people who need it are just a drain on the system. lol

Go tell that to Rush Limbaugh when His doctor passed infomation to the Sheriffs dept when he was on pain killers. And you cant sue your doctor because he passed infomation out cause the Florida Supreme court said so.

You forget about gay women. They have a very low risk for getting HIV. We should get discount insurance.

I'm curious whether this is a thread to bash gay people or one to support the beleaguered insurance industry which is barely able to keep their triple digit corporate income increases going in the face of all the AIDS claims.

We better cancel all the policies of people who smoke (more people die of smoking related causes than AIDS), and then there are the people who drive cars (takes more lives and costs more than AIDS related expenses), of course there are the people who drink alcohol who cost the country more than AIDS cases too...
