Default Clinton-Obama ticket?

A Clinton - Obama ticket would be almost undefeatable in my opinion and would secure the office of the presidency for the dems over the next 16 years.

What do you think Obama's intensions are? Woudl he accept that post?

A Clinton-Obama ticket ..... sounds like the Democrats want to give another election away to the Republicans.

lol...only two of the highest profile, succesful intelligent and charismatic candidates in the whole spectrum. Yes that's definitely a recipe for failure.

Can't see it happening. If Obama has any aspirations for the presidency himself, he needs to stay as far away from Hillary as possible. Also, he's still too junior a Senator--he needs to have a longer track record and more experience in leadership positions. He's been in office for less than two years and only sits on a couple of environmental committees. He seems like a decent guy, but I won't be ready to judge his suitability for the presidency until he spends some time on a few budgetary, defense, intelligence, or other high-profile committees.

I guess that all depends on your opinion of these people doesn't it.

For a liberal who loves "high profile" politicians this may be a dream ticket, but those are the only people that I see going for Hillary.
Her newfound desire to get in touch with the religous vote (or "court" as your boy Obama put it) is seen as insincere at best and mostly just disingenuous by the right and as an abandonment of her base on the left.
Hillary has slowly wafted her way into the position of middle-of-the-roader over the last several years and people on both sides have taken notice.
Personally, I don't have an educated, liberal friend who wants her to run, because they think she'll lose the election for them for that very reason.

We're pulling for the same ticket, just for different reasons.

Wow, Danny. Remember when you guaranteed that Kerry would win?

You are even farther off the mark now than you were then.

Plus I doubt Hillary would agree to a ticket in which she was the less attractive of the pair.
