Many conservatives are guilty of wishful thinking. They want blacks to be conservative and blacks do tend to nominally hold some conservative views. Detroit is the school system mentioned in this thread, so let's look at it. In 1999-2000 school year, Detroit spent $8,494 per student. Michigan spent $7,673 per student the prior year (I'm not going to make the effort to find numbers for the same year, I'm only trying to give you a clue). This means, that blacker Detroit schools get a lot more money per student than the less black schools in Michigan. Didn't you just sat that's a lie? Then you show your own numbers. (Detroit is in deep financial problems, and degenerate liberal school politics even caused the school system to reject a $200,000,000 gift a couple of years ago. If not for such stuff, Detroit school spending would be a lot higher.)

You need to provide a source for your claimed numbers. There is too little information here to really understand what's going on.

Surely I do respond to posts counter to mine. I don't respond to obscenity, profanity, attacks upon other posters, and multiple ideas by several posters.

I also avoid -- be kind here -- post that one might call 'stupid'. Usually the poster is insincere or disruptive, so I avoid those too.

You have posted intelligently when disagreeing with me, and I like posting with you and WEB too and with Philip. Have I failed to reply lately? Sorry, but I thought I was keeping up with everyone.
