As is so often the case, Belgium was too insignificant to mention in the 'A list' distribution version.

This is not the Happiness index. This is more of the HDI. No way this is linked to the happiness survey.

Happiness survey means going and asking people are they happy or not. This survey can be compared more to the HDI.
