    Default Hispanic States of America

We're all aware of the invasion of the United States by criminals from Mexico and Latin America. The Democrats love them because the Democrats want to destroy the USA. The Republicans (and YES I am a life long Republican) don't want to do anything about it because they have sold out their precious souls to the money from godless corporations.

There is an easy solution to this problem, but no one has the guts to do anything about it. If we don't get some backbone soon, we may lose our country to these people, start learning spanish everybody!

    The solution is simple.

    1) If you harbor a criminal, you're a criminal. If you employ a criminal, you're a criminal. These Mexican scum are profitable to the unpatriotic greed mongers of our country. So, let's take the profit out of it. If you hire an illegal maid, you lose your house. If you hire illegals to work on your farm, you lose your farm. Giving jobs to illegals in your factory, lose your factory. Simply sieze the property of the people who are profiting from this illegal source of labora, and are in effect funding the destruction of our country by paying people to break the law to come to the United States illegally. Illegal labor will be so risky and expensive no one will dare hire them. The people who pay these scum to jump our borders are no different than the drug dealers who peddle their poison to our young people.

    2) If you're illegal you're illegal, get out or die. We should have the death penalty for entering the United States without going through immigration. No plane ticket home, no go now and come back later under the cover of night.... death, plain and simple. If you're found in the USA without legal immigration status, you should be tried and executed. If you're crossing the border at any place besides where you are supposed to, you should be shot on sight!

These Hispanics marching in Los Angeles (which is now pretty much owned by these criminal scum) crack me up. Let's turn the situation into one that we can all clearly understand.

Let's say I was a stowaway on some luxury cruise ship. I steal food, I hide out in the engine room, and some crooked passengers pay me for doing odd jobs in their cabins. In the middle of the cruise, me and my stowaway buddies march up on the deck of the ship and say "We're stowaways! We demand our rights! We stole our way on to this ship and now we demand our own luxury cabins!"

Kill the theives, and punish their accomplices. End illegal immigration now or lose your country!

Well right, anyone would have to be an idiot not to see that immigration is a serious problem quickly mushrooming.

    However, blaming Democrats is...well dumb.

Bush has went from ignoring the problem to making it worse.

The fence?...it is little like throwing a handfull of sand on a burning house.

Our TOTAL government has failed us on immigration - your rhetoric teamed up with the left rhetoric just allows them to keep blaming eachothe.

Wait a minute I like his idea, if I can get in line to be part owner of Walmart after it is siezed.

While most everyone agrees the border issue has to be dealt with, and there is a growing realization that the border issue and immigration are seperate issues, these simpleton responses do not move the debate forward one inch. IAm is right. Every President and Congress going back to after the WWII, and probably before, has played a part in this mess. Woody Guthrie even wrote a song about it in 1948after a plane crash. Back then they called departing the illegals back to Mexico and then allowing them to come back "drying them out" So please this is not a recent phenomina. It just didn't make it to our radar screen until the late 70's early 80's and then the President, you know that great republican, Ronald Reagan was just to much of a politician to deal with it, as was his Vice President when it was his turn, and Clinton when it was his turn, and Baby Bush now that it is his turn.

The problem is there is no punishment for breaking the law.

Democrats are in bed with the Mexicans, they get votes from them.

Republicans are in bed with the people who exploit them.

They are both getting something out of it for ignoring it.

    Who pays?

    We do.

Higher crime, lower standard of living, lower wages, poorer schools, and healthcare. But who cares about the common folk? Nobody.

Get out or DIE? Death penalty? Your analogy works for illegal immigration, but would there be justifiable cause to shoot the man who was a stowaway? If we follow that idea to the end then this country could very well end up shooting anyone on sight for flimsy reasons.

Anyways, at least we are in agreement WRT to harboring criminals and employing them. I do think penalties should be very harsh on Illegal Employers.

iam is right - Illegal Immigration has worsened under Bush, but to blame solely one party is ridiculous...Democrats may be "in bed" with them, but the Democrats do not have a majority. Republicans like McCain are not making this problem any better and are making proper legislation a failure at the hopes of hispanic votes.

How would your scenario would pay for the increased enforcement costs.

A market based scenario could implement a work visa policy, market friendly immigration policy could produce sufficient revenue to be self-sufficient and provide for sufficient insurance coverage to reimburse or defray some public sector (health care) costs.

And that is all well and good, once the issue of those here illegally is dealt with first.

We tried the nice approach in the 80's and look where it got us. Before we do anything we have to take away the incentive, and the only way to do that is to go after employers and landlords that knowingly and willfully help the illegals out. That has got to be the first step. The y have to understand that if they come to this country for economic reasons they will not be successful. Without that in place first none of the rest will work. We were fooled by the politicians once, lets not llet them do it to us again. I am tired of being asked to bend over on this issue.
