Not too aggressive. Remember, Hezballah's military strategy is based on the defense of their land, as their leader says, it's guerrilla warfare, not an organized army.

Although Hezballah has retaliated to the many Israeli attacks against Lebanon and Lebanese land, to my knowledge, Hezballah has never attacked Israel after Israel has withdrawn. This is the first time they break the "blue line" and cross the border to attack Israel after the withdrawl.
Now, Israel on the other hand has spies inside Lebanon who run an assassinating network and this was proven when a few of these spies were caught and admitted to having assassinated a few Lebanese and non-Lebanese people. Israel almost daily used to fly it's warplanes provided by the US, in Lebanese skies often breaking the sound barrier. Israeli soldiers stationed on the border recently killed a 19 year old Lebanese shepherd and nobody knows why.
