I'm not sure of the signifigance of an illegal alien being involved in a DUI fatal accident. Are you implying that real Americans never are involved in fatal DUI accidents?

Perhaps you can elaborate on your racism comment and explain how one is racist when they comment on an illegal immigrant who shouldn't even be in the United States, yet manages to avoid any serious consequences even after being a habitual offender. Over a 9 year period, the man was charged with 5 DUIs, 4 charges of evading or resisting arrest, 10 charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license, 2 charges of leaving the scene of an accident and 1 charge of assaulting a Metro Officer, and you have the balls to say someone is racist when they criticize him????

I posted this and was hoping some would see how he had been arrested a ridiculous amount of times prior to this, along with being an illegal alien - how screwed up the system is in this country. A very "oh, let's pass it off along" attitude. It's this kind of thing that worsens the situation.
