An illegal immigrant, arrested fourteen times before, killed two in a car accident. Various charges include assault, DUIs and more. I saw this on two other news programs last night. He saw one of the judges four times out of the fourteen.

Many years ago, I handled a fatal where the driver causing the collision was illegal, no license, no insurance, and had been sentenced on a DUI just two days before. He blew a .238.

So I guess if you want the opportunity to kill someone while intoxicated and get off scott-free, you either have to be an illegal immigrant or a Kennedy.

To see firsthand, the pathetic middle-class (nice looking) alcoholics begging the judge not to give them jail-time, kissing up to him/her, and asking for community service instead. Only to have the judge say okay, I'll give you --- days of community service. Next....
