Gotta agree with that one, but then again VA is full of Virginians unfortunately.

The parts I saw were FLAT! I'd have to say that the I-10 from the New Orleans area to Houston is pretty much the most boring drive I've ever made. The prettiest part was driving over the Atchafalaya Basin but that's in Louisiana.

Yeah, the I-10 is not the selling point of the state. If you saw 3 animals even remotely close to moving along the way of the ride it was an achievement imo. Its the Hourse country outside the city that are worth looking at, and going a bit further west. Sad as it is, the best parts of Texas are not habittable ; the worst parts are where the densest amounts of population are (like Houston) but then again, who do we have to thank for that again, now?

Next time if you wanna try some nice scenery try Travis county which isn't bad - not sure if you'll ever pass there though. Btw i guess its a fair exchange, we got a bunch of moochers living off the state who eat taxes whilst y'all got a bunch of folks who work for a living illegally and pay no taxes and some of which send it home and other do commit various crimes.

If I ever go back to Texas, it will be by plane! I hated driving through Houston and on the way home, I found that if you get off the interstate, you can't easily get back on.

I'll send the illegals back to you and you can send the moochers back to New Orleans... and while you're at it, come get those moochers that moved north of the lake after the storm, too.

I think I'm going to be in Texas sometime in the next year. Graham, a tiny town midway between dallas and abilene but about 80 miles north. I've been warned I'll need to buy high boots as snake protection. And I've been advised to take some riding lessons so I won't fall off he horse. Hopefully they'll give me an old slow one.

When it comes to Texas and Virginia, I think it is neither because we lost the blessing of our creator a long long time ago,
