Thread: Ways to tell that you are dating a psycho

Most of us have, at one point or another, have dated someone that was more than a little "off" in some way. Perhaps they had a weird habit or an off the wall hobby. Perhaps they were a stalker or frighteningly jealous. For whatever reason we felt that this person qualified as a "psycho". That is the person I want to discuss here and I'll start off with something that is not a personal anecdote.

Dutch woman calls ex-boyfriend 65,000 times

That's 65,000 calls in one year...178 calls a day every day.

No doubt...that's a psycho.

Doesn't that story say more about the boyfriend than the woman? Specifically, that he's retarded?

Note: there's also an outside chance she's insanely hot, but the odds of this are extremely low. Also, that still doesn't explain why he continued on for a year.

I thought about that but then it occurred to me that I pretty much don't take calls at home. If you need to get in touch with me you have to call my cell or my office. My answering machine at home is full....intentionally...and unless I know a call is one I want to take I just never pick up the phone. I could see someone making dozens of calls to my house and I'd never even know about it.

As far as her being incredibly hot.....I figure that would wear off shortly after the 3rd or 4th call in a day.

Having a "You know you're a psycho if: ......" t-shirt might be funny, esp at a really uptight church or something.

I'm pretty sure that anything resembling "I'll cut myself for you" qualifies.
