Of what programs do you speak?

There are decent people who are economic conservatives, I would count myself in that sect. Though I don't understand why any economic conservative would vote for a Republican in recent years. They've abandoned fiscal responsibility. The last two presidents to balance the budget were Democrats, Clinton and Johnson.

The GOP is controlled by racist homophobes. Why dirty yourself there? There are economic conservatives in the Democratic party, the Democratic Leadership Council, the Blue Dog Democrats...... The GOP is a party of extremists, like Ann Coulter. Why soil yourself with the likes of her, Karl Rove, and the KKK.

Perhaps you could post a new thread to discuss your question, it is far to large to address in the narrow confines of a thread on Ann Coulter.

To give you a short answer to your question, the psychopathology for each of these conditions is completely different.

What makes Coulter worthy of the political commentators spotlight? So she went after Clinton and authored a few books other then that I don’t understand why she invited on television to speak on issues. People should contact the networks and ask them why they air this inflammatory person on their networks.

Here she is on Scarborough Country acting as an attack dog for Joe.

Scarborough is her male alter-ego, perhaps with a touch more class, but just a touch.

They are both shameless, mindless shills for the right wing.

I find Scarborugh to be fairly moderate. That's not a fair comparison, in my opinion.
