    Default GOP Electability

A quick, very unscientific, poll to see how the current GOP candidates would fair, not against each other, but each against Obama.

For each potential scenario, check the box if you would vote for the Republican candidate if he/she were the GOP candidate against Obama. If you would vote for Obama or would sit out the election, leave the box unchecked. Check as many, or as few, as apply.

    Dilettante: let's make this easy...

I'd vote for YOU before I'd vote for Obama

I'd vote for any of my ex-wives before I'd vote for Obama

I'd vote for my dog before I'd vote for Obama

I'd vote for Mickey Mouse before I'd vote for Obama

    Hope this helps...

    Everyone but Paul.

Leaning on the 10th amendment is not a mark of leadership, and will invite chaos and a backlash, ensuring Obama or someone worse will return.

And his foreign policy is insane.

I wouldnt vote for any of them, but I answered based on electibility. If I was forced to choose someone, Gingrich and Santorum seem like theyd do they best job, and Romney would be average.

Nicely constructed poll. I would only be wiling to support Obama over Santorum and Bachmann. Although I'd probably vote 3rd party unless Obama has a great year somehow in 2012.

I won't be voting for Obama again. Period.

I'll almost certainly be voting for a 3rd party candidate.

If there is no "normal" 3rd party candidate (i.e. I'm not going to vote for a wiccan, a communist, or a NAMBLA candidate) then I'll vote Republican.

If Santorum or Bachmann are the Republican candidate then I just won't bother leaving the house.

Welcome... have a drink, some good Republican Scotch. Ice or neat?

And don't worry about Santorum or Bachmann... you can stick a fork in them... they're done. (So are Newt and Huntsman for that matter)

Yet you support a fascist. Interesting.

Continue to dismiss the one candidate that's been right for decades.
