With his kidney problems h'ed be on a stretcher, or at best a wheelchair, and the bleeding hearts will be crying for him.

Civilized court for a heartless and uncivilized man. They guy has made a circus and mockery of the court because he is allowed to do so. Next time he acts up, they should send him to the corner and put him in time-out.

Did any of you guys see the footage of the executions his regime carried out? It almost looks as though they had fun while doing it.

They were having fun. They are animals who don't deserve anything other than a bullet beween the eyes and a quick trip to the trash incinerator.

I'm going to have to go ahead and a kinda "disagree" with ya....

My main problems with your statement are "eyes", "a" and "quick"... IMHO, none of these should happen, they need to shoot between the legs, several times, and go slow...

But seriously, (perhaps this is putting me to his level) I hope they take him out to the Arena, and let the people he tortured, raped, and plundered, watch as they execute him, and the rest of his regime...

After raising kids, I have to agree with the "Time Out". I think they should make him sit in the corner and wear a dunce cap. Perhaps with an Uzi next to his head. He wasn't real big on Human Dignity, so a little of the "Sauce for the Goose" couldn't hurt.

Reveling in his death puts yourself at his level. Just be off with him, in public so there are no lingering doubts, then off to an unceremonious destruction along with the rest of civilizations detritus.

When I saw the title, I thought you had something honest to say. You know, something like pointing out the fact that this trial violates international law, that the court has no jurisdiction, that Saddam broke no laws, that someone cannot get a "fair" trail when witnesses are kept secret and when lawyers (and even the judge) turn over at a regular rate, that Saddam has only so far been accused of something that virtually every leader in the world would have done in a similar situation, etc.

But, nooo... you're complaining that the trial is a disaster because Saddam doesn't want to cooperate. Saddam is a better man than his critics.

ok. Are you saying that because he was president that any action he did during that time was legal? Murder is a crime anywhere on Earth my friend.
