    Default Search Function Question

I haven't really experimented too much with the Search Function so my question may be obvious but here goes: When I tried to search the Forum for older threads on the Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, I couldn't find any? I tried a variety of keywords, still couldn't find a thread. This was a landmark decision by the United States Supreme Court & not a single thread dedicated to discussion? I find that hard to believe, I must be doing something wrong. No urgency in this request but any help, suggestions, tips appreciated.

    Thanks & respect.

A quick USPOL search came up with this thread from about 5 months ago.

...And you actually posted in it, Quinn.

The USPOL search seems to work just fine. Did you use the advanced search functions?

Hah! Thought I remembered something but wasn't sure it was on this forum - haven't really experimented much searching here.

I used the advanced search & used various keywords but didn't come up with this one, thanks & respect.

Out of curiosity, which keyword brought that thread up? The acronym SCOTUS throws me off sometimes but I can certainly understand/see why people abbreviate.

In the advanced search I typed in "Citizens United" as the keywords and selected "Judiciary" as the forum to search.

    Hope that helps.

Thank you, I had tried 'Citizens United' but didn't confine the search to the 'Judiciary Forum.' That should've occurred to me. Thanks for taking the time.
