But is it still a war with regards to the US Military?

The US Military has been operating as a Police Force in Iraq for several years, while rival militias and gangs kill each other for power and vendettas.

Iraq is now a civil war.

I don't think it works the best way from outside force. Inside force is much better. Look at the revolution in Romania. My friend Cristian is Romanian and he was there at that time.

You're a Norcal Liberal. I also know your type well as I use to live in SF. Wonderful city, good people. I think that you are allright.

Norcal is a perfect world, so I can understand how so many people have the luxury to hold such high ideals.

But I don't understand why they hold their anti-war rallies infront of the City Hall.

Yes it does have a nice big lawn perfect for assemblies, but the Mayor of San Francisco has very little affect on the White House.

And it was an outside force called Team America that caused the Soviet Union to withdraw it's Iron curtain from Romania, which allowed the Romanians the opportunity to gain their own independence.

If the majority of muslims were against the actions of the islamo-fascists they would do something about the problem themselves. Instead they blame the western countries for fighting back.
