IQ and creativity are not the same thing. Someone with a high IQ might be entirely uncreative and unable to think of novel solutions to problems. I guess it depends on how you define IQ (certainly not solely as what an IQ test measures).

Intelligence matters, but what you do with it matters more.

republicans have regular IQ's because they are regular people, not so smart, and not dumb, they grew up in regular house holds, and they hate rich uppity people, and a regular joe sees this and says "yepp that republican will do this country good, that democrate talks to much and looks like he will upset world leaders by talking to much"
