Pathetic how the number 1 Bush basher didn't even ask for a link for this guy to back up his facts. That person would have accepted this, had it been from anyone else.

"Book Smart" is memory skills...a person with a simple I.Q. but with superior written word retention can make a very good impression, these people have a large vocabulary...and can recite facts on numerous studies...however when they are faced with a problem that they have not read someone else's solution - their true intelligence becomes obvious...a.k.a. - an "educated idiot".

I.Q. is a persons ability to solve problems, to form complex tasks...alone, with out a book telling you how to solve it...which was written by someone with a high I.Q.

Oh brother. What are you not allowed to say my name? LOL!!!! Todd, you're too funny. I know the facts. The fact is Bush ain't the sharpest knife in the drawer. I don't need a link from a holocaust denier to tell me that, do you?

It is your opinion that Bush is not smart...what is that based on?
His inability to communicate effectively? - not a sign of a lower I.Q., in fact people with a high I.Q. commonly are poor verbal communicators.

According to this page Bush's SAT score of 1206 (roughly a 1280 currently) would correspond to an IQ of between 124 and 125, or the 95th percentile. So not only is he fairly smart, chances are he's a hell of a lot smarter than the people who call him stupid.

It's based on the fact that he jumped the gun,

took our country to a war of choice,
didn't get Bin Laden,
put us into major debt,
ignored the 9/11 warnings,
won't do any diplomacy with our enemies and relies on other countries to talk to them,
sat on his ass at a California fundraiser a few days into Katrina when thousands of people were dying,
hasn't done anything to secure our ports, our chemical plants, our nuk-U-lar facilities, our borders,
rewards the inept appointees who are failures at their jobs with the medal of freedom,
doesn't respect the constitution and of course,
cannot make coherent sentences when he speaks without a script.

Do you guys really need this list each and everytime?

I wouldn't say that's a credible source, can you find another that validates it?

Anyway the OP's story is a hoax according to snopes.com.

Bush is an idiot. Everytime he talks he messes up. It's ridiculous. What are we on, Bushisms VOLUME THREE?

Anytime he talks there's uhmmm.....uhhhh.....and then he has to substitute in a really simple word for what he wanted to say. We're not even talking about really technical terms either. He just messes up plain old words that we throw around on this forum everyday.

were confusing intelligence deductive reasoning with bias to our own personal beliefs...

the above posters posted about personal beliefs not intelligence its well ...

illogical their reasoning...

its like me saying Bush is stupid because he wants to allow amnesty for illegal immigration. But is he stupid or is it my opinion because I disagree.

What does my opinion have to do with intelligence.
