As I stated in a different thread:
Iran succeded.

Countries like Iran...civilian death and infrastructure destruction is not important. They could cares less about how many die and what their living conditions are after a war is over. In fact, Iran's tactics and goals (like in Iraq) feeds on human suffering, and thrives with every media coverage showing U.S. and Isreal as being the bad guys.
The human suffering breeds more fanatical recruits; media coverage makes America and Isreal as the bad guy...as we can see with the gullible ones on this forum who swallow the shit Iran feeds to the stupid in the world...

In summary - Iran kills civilians daily in Iraq, starts a war with Isreal using it's military arm Hezbollah...and thanks to the media, gullible idiots and uninformed idealist - they come out squeeky clean and we smell like shit.

This reminds me of Stalin shortly after WWII and during the Cold War...he called the U.S. media, and liberal congressman.."Useful idiots"...that through their ignorance and idealism...Russia's atrocities were hidden, and they helped the enemy look good in the eyes of the morons buying their "feel good" garbage.

Credit where credit's due. It was BOLTON that vetoed a ceasefire weeks ago. America has had its head up its foreign policy arse for years.

..well as long as their are gullible people like you throughout the world...countries like Iran can continue to grow and prosper while your attention is turned to that horrible America.

That's a funny thread title. Everytime the anti-zionist bigots get their asses kicked by Israel they claim victory, Eg. Yom Kippur, and the 6 day war.

If it ends this way hairball..Iran won big.
Have to realize these people do not think like we do, civilian death tolls and infrastructure detruction does not mean near as much to these fanatics as does the politics of those things.

Thanks to the world media replaying civilan casualities 24 hours a day - Isreal looks like the bully who recklessly kills civilians without regard.

Despite Iran started the conflict, despite Hezbollah continuiosly firing from heavily populated areas, thus (purposefully) making targets out of Lebanese civilians...Isreal is the one who the world is angry with, and Iran most likely has more support for it's military arm Hezbollah in the M.E. than ever before.

But yes, their are the likes of moon who see this as a bright side...

I think moon is a horrible spokesperson for the Palestinians and the Arabs in the region. His obnoxious comments and attitude just makes people not want to agree with him. It's a shame because I agree that Israel expansionism must be stopped, but given that moon has set the tone for this disucssion, the thread is just a total waste.

i hope israel will learn a lesson from this war to achieve peace which will benifit all the nations in the region.

imposing its own solution on others will achieve nothing, the only way to achieve peace is by negotiations and mutually agreed solutions not unilateral.

Seems your right people in this mindset have blinders on and only see their cause.

Pro Hezzbolah Palestinian versus Pro Israel

No different then fringe left the Cindy Sheehan to the Anne Coulter crowd.

There is no middle ground neither side will look at facts or realitites and wont ever compromise.

I find there are/were moderates on the Israel side trying land for peace but they are going to be disuaded by new public sentiment. I think both sides are going to get more hardline do to the recent events. In the END its what they Really want. Though they put on happy faces to disguise their underlying tones.
