Baby Bush might not have been the most intelligent president we ever had but he was very involved and had an amazing charisma and utterly dominated a room based on his personality and direct actions not simply becasue of the station he'd been elected to (according to person's I know ho met him who were most certainly not Bush lovers), this charisma is seen by many to be intelligence in fields where personal connection are important.
